for Registering and Attending the IMPACT Cube Event 2023

The IMPACT Cube event held on September 6, 2023 (hereafter also referred to as "Impact Cube" or "event") is organised and owned by ProductImpulse BV, a Dutch registered company at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with number 60414464 located at Kromme Nieuwegracht 66, 3512HL Utrecht, the Netherlands, and by its subsidiaries (hereafter referred to as “Channable”, “we” or “us”), in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Online Registration and Sign-up

By registering for the event via online sign-up, you are the Attendee and are agreeing to Channable's general Terms & Condition, privacy conditions and Data Security.

If an Attendee is registering on behalf of another, it is the Attendee’s responsibility to ensure that the person attending is aware of these terms and accepts them. This Agreement shall apply to all event participants who sign-up online, our customers, partners, speakers, sponsors and moderators.

2. Information We Collect About You When signing up

When you register to the event we automatically collect network and device information such as your IP address, device identifier, name, type of operating system, Information obtained from Cookies (please refer to our cookie policy for more information) and other tracking technologies, time zone, local settings, and server logs (which can include information like access dates and times).

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your Information for the following purposes:

• To enable us to administer, operate, and provide you personal access to the event.
• To respond to your inquiries related to the event and our product or services.
• To send marketing communications, including promotional and advertising materials that may be useful, relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest relating to our upcoming events, webinars, products and services. You have the ability to opt out of receiving these communications by clicking a link in the footer of each marketing communication we send.
• To improve and optimise our ad and content performances as well as creation and review processes.
• To develop and improve our sign-up, event promotion and participation process, including by analyzing user activity and performing A/B testing and conducting surveys.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your Information obtained during the sign-up process with selected third parties who might store this information on their own servers or cloud infrastructure located within the EU.

The selected third parties might use this information for their own unspecified purposes including promotion, testing, gathering feedback and process optimisation.

5. Data Security

Channable takes the appropriate steps to ensure compliance with the Security Measures by all persons operating under its authority, including its employees and subprocessors, insofar as applicable to the scope of their services, in accordance with European Legislation.
